Most AI assistants are built to always say something. BrainTap is built to be right, and to say so when it cannot be.
Every figure in an answer must appear in a tool result from that same turn. Company-wide figures are reconciled to the daily command center before they are shown. A figure that cannot be traced is refused, not rounded.
Answers from documents carry citations, and the sources are listed underneath with a link. If the documents do not answer the question, BrainTap says exactly that.
Every document lives in a partition. Every asker is cleared for specific partitions. A person can ask about their own mail and chats; nobody can ask about anyone else's. The boundary is in the store, not in a prompt.
Every query BrainTap runs is read-only and written in advance, behind the same data gate the command center enforces, with limits on time and rows. Nothing is improvised against the database. Every step is logged.

In a shared Chat space BrainTap answers only from company-wide production entries; personal partitions answer in a direct message.
